We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance for international trips to allow sufficient time for visa processing, though we can also assist with shorter-notice requests depending on availability.
After submitting any inquiry form on our website, you'll receive a unique reference code on screen. Please quote this reference code when contacting us for a faster follow-up.
Payments
No. Tridha Air & Holidays does not process payments through the website. All bookings and payments are handled manually and directly with our team via call, WhatsApp, or in person, for your security and flexibility.
As bookings are handled offline, our team will share the available payment methods (bank transfer, mobile banking, or in-person) once your booking is confirmed.
Tour Packages
Where a price is shown, it is indicative and subject to confirmation based on travel dates, availability, and any seasonal changes. For packages marked 'Contact for Price', please reach out to us for the latest quotation.

Visa
No travel agency can guarantee visa approval, as this is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. We assist with documentation, guidance, and application submission to give your application the best possible presentation.
We currently provide visa assistance guidance for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, India and Turkey, with more destinations added as needed. Contact us for any country not listed.
Air Tickets
No, it's a fare quotation request. Once you submit your travel details, our air ticketing team will share the best available fares and help you complete the booking directly.
Cancellation
